CFL’s pattern shop and tooling Director, he has been with us for nearly 40 years. CFL in-house team of highly skilled patternmakers produce a wide range of tooling for the foundry industry, using metal, wood, model board and resin.
Our company policy has always been to produce the best quality products delivered to our customers precise requirements. We assist our customers through the whole process from concept, design and sample stage to the finished production tooling.
Core Making
Patterns can be easily modified, adapted and repaired on the site therefore giving the customer a fast and reliable service.
The pattern shop can manufacture traditional patterns from 2D drawings through to a full design service using 3D modelling and CAD-CAM machining.
